Manker Patten Tennis Club offers yoga at the clubhouse. Cross train by doing yoga; it will certainly improve your tennis game!

Beth mentions: “Let me know if you have any injuries, and I will modify poses for you. I can also select poses to address any concerns (such as tight hamstrings, hips, or shoulders). I will be glad to talk to anyone who has any questions.”
