In 2007, the Manker Patten Tennis Club new clubhouse was
opened after 1 1/2 years of rebuilding on the original cement slab.
As you enter our clubhouse, we proudly present past presidents of Manker Patten Tennis Club.
Our new clubhouse was built in 2006.
Three set of 12' glass bi fold doors unite the clubhouse with the tennis courts.
Our clubhouse is enhanced with decking on three sides...and located directly
on the Tennessee River.
The ladies lounge features a spa-friendly environment, with Zen music, a soothing
fountain, rolled spa-lavender towels, and a expansive dressing area.
Our McCamish Fitness Center, is a complete workout center with a fabulous
view of the Tennessee River. Personal training is available. Laura@mankerpatten.org
Our full size kitchen is ideal for catering companies as well as MPTC parties.
In 2008, the United States Tennis Association, awarded us the "USTA Outstanding
Facility of the Year Award!
Our TVOC $13,000 prize money tournament in June,
In 2011, Ned Caswell, Director of Tennis and General Manager, presided over the
dedication of the McCamish Fitness Center and the DeFoor River Patio.
In December 2011, and January 2012, our major facility renovation is taking place. All court buildings have had their roofs sealed,beams painted, walls and ceilings insulated, new heating put in, and new padding and curtains.
In 2010, we offered the Zan Guerry Clubhouse and Ginny Power Garden as
rental venues in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
